Steve is a digital communications veteran with 20 years of experience developing successful content campaigns and marketing engagement campaigns across a wide range of industries.

He began his digital career in 1997, creating a critically-acclaimed streaming music website, RareMusic, which attracted him to Comedy Central, where he overhauled the network’s web property and significantly improved site traffic and engagement. He later entered the agency world by building digital relationships with financial industry clients like Société Générale and Bloomberg Tradebook, launching some of their earliest corporate websites.

Steve went on to lead digital accounts for PR industry firms Edelman and Burson-Marsteller for seven years, with countless healthcare, consumer marketing, B2B, public affairs, and crisis communications campaigns. He developed the original “Go Red for Women” campaign web presence for the American Heart Association, and worked extensively with J&J, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Transitions Optical, FedEx, and Hormel Foods, among many others.

For nearly five years at Grey Health, Steve led successful digital initiatives for Bayer Women’s Health, Colgate, Baxter, Kythera, and as the lead strategist for Pfizer’s “Quitters Circle” (Chantix) mobile app and supporting social media campaign.

After Grey, Steve led the digital practice for Brunswick Group’s creative communications agency, MerchantCantos, where he led the US digital practice, nurturing and growing digital relationships with numerous Fortune 500 companies and organizations.

He later joined The Bloc, where he led engagement strategy for a digital medicine launch for Otsuka America, a consumer genomics brand with Human Longevity, Inc. creating websites, customer relationship management programs and social strategy, and Novartis, where he worked on branded and unbranded websites and social presence.

At Lumentus, Steve is tapping into his full range of experience in digital advertising, marketing and communications, across all of its financial industry, life science and non-profit clients.
