Robert Beltran is a Senior Partner and one of Lumentus’ founding partners.
Rob is a respected leader in advertising and integrated communications who built his reputation while working with an array of industry-leading companies and some of the world’s most recognized brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Colgate-Palmolive, LG Appliances, UBS, GE Capital, CEMEX, FMC Technologies, Leviton, Entergy, DuPont, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Advil Cold & Sinus and the U.S. Postal Service. Throughout his career, Rob has led the development of numerous award-winning advertising and marketing programs, including ones honored with Effie, Sabre and Mercury awards.
At Lumentus, Rob relies on his broad cross-industry experience to provide strategic counsel and direction around all “Paid” engagements and integrated marketing assignments.
Rob previously served as chief operating officer and managing director of Burson-Marsteller’s legendary Marsteller group (now Proof Integrated Communications), where he led the agency’s Advertising, Design and Events/Production groups. Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, Rob was a senior vice president at Citigate, a leading boutique marketing firm. He began his career with Young & Rubicam Advertising.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and completed training in the “Dealing with an Angry Public” program through the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program.
